Adventure Island (Held externally) (2004)
The second project built for the trAce online writing centre 'Writers for the Future' project. It is aimed at Key Stage 2 and transition classes. Teachers can use this tool, and with no web design skills create and publish their class work online. Detailed teachers notes and pupil worksheets are also available.

Linked to a collectable website, this was a year long diary project following the journey of a character within the collectable series

✓ Bectan Sands (1997-2010)
A literacy website encouraging children to write short stories and poetry based on characters and places in a fictional English coastal village. The village itself had been previously created by groups of children in schools around the UK

A project from CreativeBlogs with other schools around the UK related to the 2010 World Cup where each school researched a country competing in the competition (Original Site)

✗ DragonsCavern (2006 - 2012)
A collector based website that focuses on creating a unique online database resource for collectors of the Myth and Magic range of collectable studies to discover more about the collection and its history. Dragonsville (Held externally) (2004)
A project designed and built for the trAce online writing centre 'Writers for the Future' project. It is hosted by Kids on the Net, the child friendly face of trAce. Children can contribute to a fun and safe environment, while covering key Literacy Strategy objectives. Detailed teachers notes and pupil worksheets are also available

Recording adventures in creative learning using the educational version of Minecraft. Pupils work together to complete the challenges set, and in the process learn to work in teams and delegate tasks and activities

A Flash based adventure game. Someone has murdered the Chief Inspector of schools, and it is your job to discover who, where and with what. Designed in the style of the classic game of Cluedo, this game is perfect for those that have recently been through the Ofsted process

A Raspberry Pi powered pupil project involving scratch, python and website API's to provide a continually updated weather report for a range of cities around the world.

A computing project involving pupils creating a wifi wildlife webcam using a Raspberry Pi, whilst learning how to program and tinker!
✗ Southwold Online (1997 - 2004)

Recording the activity in a weekly after school club that promotes creativity in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths with Yr6 pupils.
✓ That Was the Day That Was (September 2014 - August 2015)
A one year "On this day" style project utilising both a Twitter account and Tumblr blog to record and broadcast a fascinating fact each and every day.
✓ Tairy Fales (2008)
A Project carried out with a group of Yr6 girls to encourage them to be more confident with technology. The result was a non linear powerpoint retelling of several well known fairy tales. Republished here as a blog, but unfortunately without the original audio.
✓ These Are The Role Models We Were Looking For (2012)
A collection of motivational posters (using the BigHugeLabs poster maker) featuring all the GB medal winning athletes from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Now contains Sochi 2014 medal winners too. (Original Site)
✓ WeatherWatch (2016 - ) Using the Instaweather app and a tumblr blog, pupils record a daily image of the weather with relevant weather data superimposed over the top of the image and are building up a databank of weather data for use in future data handling activities.
